Most famous for it’s Sunday Flower Market, Bethnal Green’s legendary Columbia Road is also home to more than 60 independent businesses - and we’re very proud to be one of them!

For self-published Authors
Unfortunately we cannot accept publications from self-published authors, and also cannot be responsible for submissions sent or given to the shop.
As a small, family-owned shop, we have to prioritise the many books that arrive everyday from our wholesalers so we are able to keep our shelves fresh and happy!
While we do stock lots of wonderful independent publishers, for independent authors we recommend looking into the Writers’ & Artists’ Yearbook for great tips on how to get the most out of publishing your book. We’re a team of booksellers who love to read everything and anything, and we work with agents and publicists who source these books for us: it takes a lot of qualified individuals to make this process possible.
Our final advice is to keep reading! The more you read, the more you can understand the market and your desired target audience. Feel free to come and ask us about best sellers in all different genres.
